This is not really in the casino / hotel rather in the Forum Shops at Caesars, but @ Joe's Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab is great!
Let the names that are not to a Crab Shack Joe hokey tricked or something. Actually it's more upscale and a bit on the expensive side, but it's worth it.

What Landry Western Sahara? Very delicious seafood and not anywhere near hotel / casino. Just go west on Sahara one miles from the Strip.

I know it was a delicious Buffet on the Rio world. I know it sounds corny and it'sa bit expensive but it was absolutely worth lose exceeding one hours to find it.

The crab cake better than I was in Las Vegas Joe's Stone Crab in the Forum Shops at Caesars. His painting is a seafood restaurant was elegant and impressive. You should try the Stone Crab, too.
